1. General & Effective Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all online purchases of bathroom hardware, cabinet fittings and wall-mounted hardware items from PENINSULA BATHROOMS LTD. The terms take immediate effect upon website publication and govern all customer orders, quotations and product purchases.
2. Product & Order Information
All goods listed on site are physical bathroom and building hardware products only. Product descriptions, dimensions and pricing are detailed on respective product pages; the company reserves the right to amend listed pricing prior to completed checkout. Once payment is confirmed, the order price is fixed and cannot be modified unilaterally.
- Orders are confirmed via automated email after successful checkout submission.
- Out-of-stock items will be notified to purchasers within 3 working days for order amendment or full cancellation.
3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
All deliveries are arranged via approved domestic UK courier partners.
- Standard delivery within mainland UK normally takes 3–7 working days after goods dispatch.
- Delivery cost is calculated and displayed during checkout based on delivery postcode and total product weight.
- Customers must inspect parcels upon receipt; visible damage needs written notification within 48 hours of delivery.
- Undeliverable parcels due to incorrect customer-provided address will incur additional redelivery fees borne by the buyer.
4. Returns & Refund Regulations
Compliant with UK consumer statutory rights, customers enjoy a statutory cooling-off period of 14 calendar days starting from the day goods are received for eligible unused, unopened hardware items.
- Return application needs formal email submission to official support mailbox within the 14-day window.
- Original product packaging must be intact for eligible refunds; custom-cut or modified hardware products are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to original payment source within 15 working days after returned goods are received and inspected in warehouse.
5. Liability Limitation
The company is only liable for defects of supplied physical hardware products. The business shall not be held responsible for improper on-site installation conducted by third-party installers or end users; installation guidance is offered as informational reference only and does not constitute installation service provision.
6. Term Storage & Record Keeping
Completed order transaction documents are retained for 7 full years from order fulfilment completion date in compliance with local commercial regulation requirements.
7. Amendment of Terms
PENINSULA BATHROOMS LTD reserves the right to update these terms in accordance with updated UK commercial legislation. Updated clauses will be published directly on this dedicated webpage without separate individual notifications to registered customers.
