Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Policy Scope & Effective Date

This returns and refunds policy applies exclusively to all physical bathroom hardware, cabinet fittings and wall mount hardware products purchased from PENINSULA BATHROOMS LTD. This policy comes into immediate effect upon online publication and covers all completed consumer orders placed via our official website.

2. Statutory Cooling-off Period

In compliance with UK consumer protection regulations, buyers hold a statutory 14 calendar days cooling-off period starting from the date customers receive their ordered hardware goods to submit valid return requests.

3. Eligible Return Conditions

Products qualify for return only when meeting all below requirements:

  • Items remain unused, unassembled and free from scratch, damage or dirt contamination.
  • All original factory packaging, labels and accessory fittings are fully intact and complete.
  • Return application email is submitted to the official support mailbox within the regulated 14-day cooling-off timeframe.

Custom sized, modified or specially tailored hardware items are excluded from general return entitlement unless goods arrive with factory manufacturing defects.

4. Return Shipment Arrangement

For non-defective voluntary customer returns, return delivery expenses shall be borne by the purchaser. If items are delivered with factory defects or shipping damage caused by courier, the company covers all associated return delivery fees after formal verification.

5. Refund Processing Rules

  • After returned parcels are received, inspected and confirmed compliant in our warehouse, refunds will be arranged within 15 working days to the original payment channel used during checkout.
  • Partial refunds may apply for incomplete returned sets of multi-piece hardware packs per actual received product condition.

6. Damaged Goods Upon Delivery

Customers discovering broken or damaged hardware on parcel receipt must send written notification with relevant photos within 48 working hours, we will arrange replacement goods or corresponding refund based on customer’s selection after review.
